We accept
checks, cashiers check, money orders, credit and debit card with
Visa, MasterCard, Discover logo. If you send a check, we may
hold your order for up to 15 business days to allow the bank to
clear the check. If you are concern about your check been held,
please send Cashiers check or Money order instead.

Shipping
We ship either
by UPS Ground or USPS priority mail on all items
in-stock within 2 - 3 business days and you should receive the
order within 3 to 6 days depending on your location.
Items temporarily out of stock will be ship as soon as
available. Allow additional 10 to 15 business days. We will inform you of the
expected date of shipment. Shipping
and handling charge is base on the amount of order

Returns
Kclogs Return Policy
All
returns must occur within 15 days. All returns and exchanges must be
unworn (except to try
on) and have not been altered, misused and abused.
All returns must be
in there original packaging with tags and labels intact. Shipping & Handling
charges are not refundable. This includes any additional shipping and
handling charges
for exchanged items. When you return an item, include a letter
explaining the reason for the return. All returns will be subject to a 20%
restocking fees. We are not responsible for
misdirected or lost returns; you may want to insure your returns so that
it can be traced. Please
